Jazzy Photography Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we can’t offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind once the order has been placed with our suppliers.

If the product is faulty or damaged or incorrect we will do everything in our power to make it right and provide you with the correct item as ordered. If for any reason the latter is not possible we will provide you with a refund.

Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit/debit card with which the purchase was made, within 48hours working from the date the returned goods are received. 

Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on the bank.

Session fees used to book a photoshoot can be fully refunded if you provide us at least 48hours notice. Alternatively we will endeavour to find a new time suitable for the photoshoot. If the photoshoot has to be cancelled by Jazzy photography we will provide you with a full refund of the session fee.

Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers may be transferred to a third party as long as you call the studio to let us know of the transfer and the new contact details.

Delivery Policy

An 80% deposit for any order shall be paid prior to the studio ordering products. The balance of the total order is due on or prior to collection of your order.

Delivery times: Delivery times vary based on the product type. Due to Covid-19, there are further delays from our suppliers and shipping and so times below have been extended. Please understand that given the current international challenges these times may alter and if they do, you will be contacted as soon as possible on any update on your products.
* Please note during the Christmas and Holiday season products may take longer as most suppliers close over the holiday season.

Framed prints - 4-5 weeks

Wood prints, Metal prints, acrylics, canvases, single prints & digital images: 3 weeks

Albums: 5 weeks

If there are any delays during the production we will inform the client of the new estimated delivery time

* Payment Plans

A 10% deposit of the total order amount is required to start a payment plan. Once 50% of the total amount has been received the order will go into production and can be collected by the client as soon as the order is ready and payment has been made in full.
