FAQs

Are you a Covid Safe Business?
Yes! Jazzy Photography has a Covid safety plan in place and we are taking extra precautions to keep you, are clients safe. We are following the NSW restrictions carefully and should shoots need to be postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions or safety measures, you have our complete guarantee of your session be rebooked at a later date without any fees. Do we have a say in the look of our session/photography?
Of course! After you have booked and paid your deposit, I will send a questionnaire to you to gather all the information about what you wish to have captured in your session and what is important to you and your family. I will then call you to follow up this information and have a chat over the phone about your session in more detail. Alternatively you are more than welcome to come to the studio for us to design it together.

Can I purchase more digital files?
Yes. With every print you purchase you receive a matching digital file. If you purchase an album with 20 images, you will receive 20 matching digital files. If you purchase print products of over $1890, you automatically receive your whole gallery collection on a USB in a beautiful box. Alternatively a digital package alone is $1890 but who just wants the digital files when you can have an album or wall art to go with it??

What is a viewing appointment?
A viewing appointment is an in-person (or Zoom) appointment for you to view your photos and choose your products and packages. You will come to the studio/online and see a slideshow of your photos. You are welcome to purchase some printing in this time and there are payment plans suitable for your needs.

Is there any catch or pressure to purchase any more than this offer?
No way! If you are just wanting your gift, then you will choose your preferred image and I will make your single print order - Thats it! As a professional studio, it’s important that our clients know about the full printing experience that we can provide but client and comfort is our first priority! Enjoy this amazing offer! What happens if my child or I am sick on the day and have to postpone?
Your session fee is non-refundable, yet you can request a make-up session at a later date if you have a good reason for cancellation. The rebooking will be up to the studio’s discretion, given the nature of the cancellation and will be subject to availability. Please note cancellations can not be rescheduled if they have occurred 5 hours prior to session commencement, however in the case of Covid-19 safety measures, if the cancellation is to do with health then it can be rebooked at a later date without a cancellation fee.

How long will I wait for photos and prints after the session?
Your photos will be ready within 2 weeks after your session and your viewing appointment will be booked as soon as the studio and you have a date and time that works.
Print products take between 2-6 weeks after they have been ordered from the studio, depending on the size of the order, type of product and position of supplier with Covid-19 restrictions.
