Updated February 18th 2022
As the uncertainty of the COVID-19 virus continues, Jazzy Photography is adjusting to make sure you, our lovely clients, and us as a business are following and updating our health and safety regulations.
To play our part in Health and Safety we have followed the Updated Government COVID19 regulations and made it easier for you to comply too.
Jazzy Photography takes health and safety seriously.
Given these difficult times we want our clients to be guaranteed the safest possible environment during your visit or shoot. As an update to our current Health and Safety guidelines we have implemented an easy sign-in to be completed online by each client before coming to the studio.
By booking a session with us, you are acknowledging that the Jazzy Photography studio, myself Jasmin the photographer, and you, the wonderful client have all met the standards set and that you are aware of your role during your shoot in regards to health and safety. By signing our contract and arriving at your session, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the below information:
You as the client will;
- Wear a mask on property and in the studio. It can be removed for photos and then put back on again when you are not in front of the camera.
- Digitally or manually sign in at entry
- take off your shoes upon entry (if able or easily done)
- sanitise hands upon arrival and then know that sanitiser is provided for use throughout the session.
- only be accompanied by immediate family and they too must abide by this contract
- take children outside if they are unable to remain in the lounge/shooting area during the session
- not attend if you present any cold or flu symptoms, fever and or shortness of breath or if I have been in contact with anyone who has Covid-19.
- not attend if you will be going against the current government guidelines to do so.
Team work makes the dream work! You’re not the only ones ensuring health and safety before and during the shoot. Our role here at Jazzy Photography is just as important because of this we have complied with the Updated regulations and guidelines. We have illustrated these guidelines through the pre-shoot e-sign and also through our new wall signs which tells you all about what we are doing on our side to keep everything sanitised and safe for your visit.
As your Photographic Studio, we will:
- Sanitise the studio by way of vacuuming, wiping surfaces with antibacterial wipes, wash used fabrics each day.
- Glenn 20 the air prior and antibacterial wipe used surfaces prior to each session.
- hand wash/sanitise before, during and after sessions
- abide by social distancing rules but keeping 1.5 metres away from each person when and where possible.
- Prohibit entry to anyone if they present any flu symptoms, or have been unwell by way of fever, vomiting or diarrhoea within 72 hours.
-Wear a mask when not being photographed unless restrictions ease and this can be altered.
Being a small studio allows us to have a safe, clean and enclosed environment for all our clients. Making sure the studio, the equipment and ourselves are sanitised to prevent a spread. Our props are sanitised and kept inside the studio and are specifically for their purpose on shoots and our staff compiles of just one photographer (ME!).
If you have queries before your shoot or any uncertainty about health and safety during your shoot please don’t hesitate to ask.
We are so looking forward to continuing our service with you in a safe way. Jazzy Photography wishes you and all your family and friend’s happiness and health during these times and we hope to see you soon.
